Winemaking: Spontaneous fermentation in clay amphora. 4 months of aging in clay amphora, on its lees.
Characteristics: Dry wine, very low sweetness, high acidity and with slight pleasant final bitterness. Aromas of citrus, vegetables, notes of tee fruit. Balanced.
